Business Development Specialist

Quality Personnel is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join their team in Milton Keynes. This exciting opportunity involves assisting with all aspects of sales and lead generation, identifying growth opportunities within targeted industrial sectors, and maintaining relationships with key accounts across various industries such as Defence, Marine, Power & Water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Create commercial and technical proposals to present to potential clients.
- Follow up on quotations and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in research and development, marketing, and other business activities as required.
Requirements:
- Hold a full UK Driver's License.
- Have a British or dual passport.
- Pass DBS & BPSS vetting.
- Live within a commutable distance from Milton Keynes.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
