The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the nursing team on Ward 5, which is a 14-bedded inpatient ward with an ambulatory outpatient bay. This individual will have expertise in haematology and oncology, with experience in teaching students, HCA's and qualified staff. They will be able to motivate the nursing team to provide the highest standards of care and show a commitment to the care of patients undergoing chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation.

The salary for this position is £37,338 - £44,962 per year, based on a 37.5-hour workweek. Benefits include generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and access to NHS discount schemes. The trust provides a range of health and wellbeing services to promote a healthy, happy workforce.
