Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing quality health & social care services. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Nurse to work within our Multi-Disciplinary Integrated Mental Health Team at HMP Aylesbury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing health and social care needs, negotiating care plans with patients and staff teams, and participating in the reception/induction process. They will also have an active presence and act as a resource for all staff and prisoners, in addition to those patients under their care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to develop their career and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services. The salary for this role is approximately £44,577 per annum, plus benefits.
