- Lead two nursing homes in Aylesbury, providing care for less than 50 residents between them.\
- Ensure regulatory compliance and excellent outcomes through effective liaison with local authorities, the CQC, and the NMC.\
- Develop and implement care strategies that meet the needs of our residents.\
Requirements and Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with a focus on delivering person-centered care.\
