About the Role

Purosearch is working with a respected elderly care provider to find a dedicated Nursing Home Manager for their nursing home in the Aylesbury / High Wycombe area, Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and person-centred care.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • RGN / RMN Nurse qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience in care home management, preferably with a focus on nursing and residential care.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage finances and resources effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
