Your Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team as a key member of the GSG Servicing Innovation team. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our Generative AI (GenAI) strategy across various business areas, accelerating innovation and driving transformational results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute GenAI strategy and priorities for the Global Services Group, focusing on rapid testing and learning to drive scalability and adoption.
  • Achieve high-quality GenAI pilot programs through scope definition, coordination, and centralized support, enabling teams to scale quickly and efficiently.
  • Rapidly operationalize GenAI initiatives at scale, creating rollout and scaling plans that transform pilots into sustainable, transformational results.
  • Ensure responsible and thoughtful use of GenAI technology by providing compliance and risk management support for each unique use case, aligning with AXP and regulatory policies.

Requirements:

  • Tenured years of experience in Product Management/Development, with expertise in GenAI that goes beyond the surface level.
  • Demonstrated User Centric Mindset and ability to leverage GenAI beyond obvious use cases, such as chat.
  • Strategic thinking and creativity in identifying opportunities for products, services, new processes, and systems.
  • Experience experimenting with GenAI and Large Language Models, including prompt engineering and other methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to navigate ambiguity and derive meaningful, data-driven insights.
  • Influencing without authority at all levels and demonstrated track record for driving results and transformation across multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and apply high ethical standards when using AI-related solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in User Experience research and design, familiarity with design thinking principles.
  • Background working in delivery and implementation of complex, large-scale, high-performance applications/solutions.
  • Passion for innovative technologies and approaches to create exceptional customer experiences.
