The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end product development processes, from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product innovation with brand strategy and market demands, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in product development, preferably within the beauty and personal care industry
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional understanding of formulation processes, product testing, and regulatory requirements
  • A creative thinker with a passion for beauty trends and innovation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead product development initiatives

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
