About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust as a Domestic Support Assistant. This role is responsible for providing a high-quality domestic service to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality domestic service, adhering to legislative and policy requirements.
- Follow cleaning specifications and use appropriate equipment and materials.
- Work closely with other staff to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
- Carry out floor maintenance, including mopping and displaying 'wet floor' warning cones.
- Remove waste and clinical waste bags, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
- Use chemicals and cleaning agents in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
- Complete Trust mandatory training in a timely manner.
