Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Trust Board as an Associate Non-Executive Director. The successful candidate will bring fresh perspectives and expertise to the Board, contributing to the development of our Trust strategy and ensuring effective governance.

Main Duties of the Job
  1. Contribute to the development of Trust strategy and objectives.
  2. Monitor the performance of the Trust and its Executive team.
  3. Chair or participate in Committees of the Board as required.
  4. Provide visible leadership within the Trust.
  5. Work closely with the Council of Governors.
Person Specification
  • Experience in Mental Health Services, particularly CAMHS.
  • Strong commitment to quality and patient safety processes.
  • High level of integrity and public responsibility.
  • Appreciation of diversity and equal opportunities.
  • Understanding of the NHS and external environment.
  • Ability to bring experience to bear on issues and be an open-minded strategic thinker.
