Child Health Programme Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading on the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as defined within the service specification;
- Providing leadership and supervision to other members of the Public Health Team;
- Taking responsibility for the outcomes of the children and collaborating with key partners to address identified public health needs;
- Developing and fostering effective professional relationships and networks with families and other key partners;
- Contributing to multi-agency early support assessment of children and families and taking on a lead professional role where appropriate;
