Director of Talent and Organisational Development

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Development Director to lead our organisational development strategy, driving business growth through talent acquisition and succession planning. As the primary point of contact for HR Directors, you will partner with key stakeholders to shape future talent pipelines and develop high-potential individuals.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in designing and implementing impactful talent development initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to identify critical roles and assess future skills needs.
- Foster a culture of growth through coaching, mentorship, and tailored development plans.
- Design meaningful career pathways and create engaging learning experiences to retain top talent.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in talent development, succession planning, or organisational development roles.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to design, implement, and evaluate impactful development initiatives.
- Creative problem-solving with a focus on innovation and results.
