The role involves:
- Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism and establishing the customer's needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department or team member.
- Accurately inputting enquiries onto our database.
- Providing refreshments where necessary and introducing the customer to the department or member of staff.
- Maintaining the reception area in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
