Sales Development Representative

Aesthetic Search is seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Acquisitions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement and securing sales for our renowned aesthetic treatments and services.
This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The Sales Acquisitions will ensure every client receives a personalized experience while meeting sales targets and contributing to the clinic's overall success.
- We are looking for an individual who can act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, providing expert guidance on our range of treatments and services.
- The successful candidate will conduct consultations to understand client goals and recommend tailored aesthetic solutions.
- They will drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits and outcomes of their treatments, ensuring alignment with client needs.
The estimated salary for this position is £15-£20 per hour + commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless communication.
- Conduct thorough consultations to comprehend client requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, treatments, and services to deliver accurate and compelling information.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing significantly to the clinic's revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure cohesive client experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, client advisory, or similar roles, ideally within the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative and empathetic approach to sales.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic treatments and a passion for the beauty and wellness sector.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in CRM systems and other sales management tools.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Experience / Licence / Certification:
- Phone Sales: 1 year (required)
- Beauty industry: 1 year (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Beauty Therapy (preferred)
