**Accounts Assistant Opportunity in Milton Keynes**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Osborne Appointments. This is a fully office-based position, with no option for remote or hybrid work.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing financial transactions, and reconciling bank statements.

  1. Financial Transaction Management: Process invoices, manage payment processing, and ensure accurate financial records.
  2. Conduct credit reviews and make informed financial decisions as necessary.
  3. Oversee logistics and transportation, coordinating shipments and routes.
  4. Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial statistics and statements.

Requirements:

  1. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, ensuring accurate financial records.
  2. Capacity to conduct credit reviews and make informed financial decisions.
  3. Able to handle a variety of responsibilities, from bookkeeping to logistics coordination.
  4. Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential financial information.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
