**Accounts Assistant Opportunity in Milton Keynes**
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Osborne Appointments. This is a fully office-based position, with no option for remote or hybrid work.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing financial transactions, and reconciling bank statements.
- Financial Transaction Management: Process invoices, manage payment processing, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Conduct credit reviews and make informed financial decisions as necessary.
- Oversee logistics and transportation, coordinating shipments and routes.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial statistics and statements.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Capacity to conduct credit reviews and make informed financial decisions.
- Able to handle a variety of responsibilities, from bookkeeping to logistics coordination.
- Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential financial information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
