About the Role

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join their operational department. This role involves working closely with the Contracts Manager to plan and deliver various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and experience managing their own workload. They will be computer literate and proficient in relevant software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role, including calling subcontractors, processing invoices, placing orders on the system, obtaining quotes, and chasing suppliers.
  • Sourcing, managing, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure high-quality services.
  • Conducting monthly project valuations and invoicing to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Pricing variations to the contract and additional works that arise during the project.

Requirements:

  • An estimated salary of £27,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience managing own workload.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • A strong desire to work in the construction industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
