**Accounts and Administration Role in Milton Keynes**
Osborne Appointments seeks an experienced Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in financial operations and administration.
Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing financial transactions, and reconciling bank statements. You will also be responsible for conducting credit reviews, making informed financial decisions, and overseeing logistics and transportation.
- Manage and process financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Process and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Capacity to conduct credit reviews and make informed financial decisions.
- Able to handle a variety of responsibilities, from bookkeeping to logistics coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
