Conveyancing Administrator - Property Support

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organised and efficient Conveyancing Administrator to join our property support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting Conveyancers with day-to-day tasks, managing sale files, and providing professional telephone support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sale files, escalating to Conveyancer as necessary
  • Obtain Land Registry documents or title deeds
  • Draft sales contracts and agree terms with the Conveyancer
  • Assist Conveyancer with purchases and other matters, escalating when necessary
  • Diarise and chase matters as necessary
  • Provide professional telephone support to the team
  • Prepare accounts and cheques for receipts and payments
  • Prepare files for exchange of contracts for approval by the Conveyancer
  • Prepare files for completion for approval by the Conveyancer
  • Deal with completion of matters and prepare files for post completion team
  • Manage own email account efficiently
  • Ensure case management system is accurate and up-to-date

Expected Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant residential conveyancing experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of conveyancing protocols

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum
