About the Role

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is recruiting a skilled Contract Administration Specialist to support their team in delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of [£23,000 - £30,000] per annum salary, commensurate with experience.

This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of the role, including calling subcontractors, processing invoices, and managing subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and managing subcontractors to ensure high-quality services.
  2. Conducting monthly project valuations and invoicing to maintain accurate financial records.
  3. Pricing variations to the contract and additional works that arise during the project.

Requirements:

  • An estimated salary of £25,500 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • A strong desire to work in the construction industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
