Job Title: Breakfast Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Breakfast Team Lead to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of service and quality for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate a team of breakfast staff to achieve exceptional service and food quality standards.
  • Ensure seamless execution of breakfast services, including setup, maintenance, and breakdown of breakfast areas.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food presentation and visual appeal.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and pleasant work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve breakfast service efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Previous experience working in Meetings & Events Operations or similar environments would be advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
