We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer/Departmental Liaison to provide exceptional clerical and reception services to patients and staff within our department.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation Management: Process and check patient and other documentation, adhering to departmental guidelines and policies.
- IT System Management: Enter information onto the appropriate IT system and retrieve information as required.
- Customer Service: Provide a high standard of administrative and clerical service to patients, staff, and Trust departments.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, taking initiative and working within agreed departmental guidelines.
- Qualifications: Literate and numerate, with previous clerical experience and IT skills.
- Training: Willingness to undergo job training on Patient Administration and other Systems.
- Attitude: Professional attitude, committed to working with people, and able to work on own initiative.
- Previous Reception/Customer Care Experience: Desirable.
- IT Literacy: Computer literate and familiar with IT systems.
