We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gloucester. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers following accidents, fires, or thefts. Your role is crucial in helping them navigate their claims process with confidence and peace of mind.


Responsibilities:



  • Assess claims and determine the best course of action in line with our policies.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, ensuring they understand each step of the process.
  • Identify and report any potential signs of fraud.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
  • Manage your own caseload, keeping accurate records and making informed decisions on claims.
