Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Guardcover team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and engage with new and existing customers to offer our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our industry and customer base, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Requirements:
  • A passion for customer service and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  • Confidence in managing workload and resolving issues professionally and calmly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to our success and growth.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at grades A-C, including English and Maths, with a degree-level qualification preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
