Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact new and existing customers to offer our products and services, promoting customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning about our industry and customer base, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Requirements:
  • A passion for customer service and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team-player with a strong work ethic and ability to manage workload and issues professionally.
  • Embracing our company culture and values.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C, including English and Maths, with a degree preferred.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
