About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Services Manager to join our team at Snowfields Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the social and emotional well-being of our students, ensuring they have a caring and secure environment to thrive in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the pastoral care of students, upholding the school values and contributing to a community where students aspire to the highest standards and achieve to the best of their ability.
  • Establish supportive relationships with students, offering a safe space for them to talk and express themselves.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Head of Therapy, class teachers, and other professionals to contribute to the development and delivery of vital intervention programmes.
  • Deliver social skills, emotional resilience, friendship building, bereavement support, and anger management sessions.
