About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Student Services Manager to join our team at Snowfields Academy. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the social and emotional well-being of our students, ensuring they have a safe and nurturing environment to thrive in.

As a non-teaching member of staff, you will work closely with our Head of Therapy, class teachers, and other professionals to develop and deliver vital intervention programmes, including social skills, emotional resilience, friendship building, bereavement support, and anger management sessions.

Our ideal candidate will be a professional, personable, and committed individual who is passionate about providing an excellent service on behalf of the school and wider Trust. If you are a motivated and dedicated individual who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, we would love to hear from you.

About the Academy

Snowfields Academy is a brand new secondary provision for students with ASD, offering 140 places across year groups 7-13. Our academy benefits from a design tailored to the needs of our students, with small class sizes and a range of GCSEs and other qualifications available.
