About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Student Services Manager to join our team at Snowfields Academy. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the social and emotional well-being of our students, ensuring they have a safe and nurturing environment to thrive in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the pastoral care of students, upholding the school values and contributing to a community where students aspire to the highest standards and achieve to the best of their ability.
  • Establish supportive relationships with students, offering a safe space for them to talk and express themselves.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Head of Therapy, class teachers, and other professionals to develop and deliver vital intervention programmes.
  • Contribute to the development of social skills, emotional resilience, friendship building, bereavement support, and anger management sessions.
About Snowfields Academy

Snowfields Academy is a brand new secondary provision for students with ASD, offering 140 places across year groups 7-13. Our academy benefits from a design tailored to the students it provides for, with a focus on enhancing the learning environment. We offer a range of GCSEs and other qualifications for young people on a blend of academic and vocational pathways.

What We Offer
  • A permanent, Term Time + 1 week inset contract with 37.5 hours per week.
