Student Services Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Services Manager. This pivotal role is designed to support the social and emotional well-being of our students, ensuring they have a caring and secure environment to thrive in.
As a non-teaching member of staff, you will support in all aspects of the pastoral care of the students, upholding the school values and contributing to a community where students aspire to the highest standards and achieve to the best of their ability.
Key Responsibilities- Establish supportive relationships with students, offering a safe space for them to talk and express themselves.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Head of Therapy, class teachers, and other professionals to contribute to the development and delivery of vital intervention programmes.
- Support students in social skills, emotional resilience, friendship building, bereavement support, and anger management sessions.
- Provide an excellent service on behalf of the school and wider Trust, demonstrating a positive work ethic and can-do attitude.
Snowfields Academy is a brand new secondary provision for students with ASD, offering a range of GCSEs and other qualifications for young people on a blend of academic and vocational pathways.
Our academy benefits from being a brand new school with a design tailored to the students it provides for, carefully considered to make the most of both its inside and outside environments in order to enhance the learning of its students.
We work closely with local businesses to offer an outstanding range of work experience opportunities and supported internships.
