Organisation and Administration Specialist

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Programmes and Projects Administrator to join their HR Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing inboxes, handling basic HR enquiries, and maintaining high standards in all admin tasks.
About You:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong proficiency in mail merges, Excel skills, and excellent communication skills. You will have the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards in all admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing multiple inboxes and prioritising tasks effectively
• Handling basic HR enquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in mail merges and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
Working Arrangements:
This role will be working remotely with occasional onsite presence in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in mail merge, Excel skills, and strong organisational skills to support senior team members effectively.
Salary Range: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
