Job Title: Corporate Facilities Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Corporate Facilities Administrator to join our team at Bond Williams. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, maintaining a high level of safety and quality, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and minor building projects.
- Assist the facilities team in developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules to ensure all facilities meet safety standards.
- Support the facilities team in conducting regular inspections, certifications, and safety documentation to guarantee compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including managing paperwork, reports, and databases.
- Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
