About the Role
Vitality Corporate Services Limited is currently seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Payroll Specialist to join our Team Group Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work in a hybrid arrangement, spending two days per week in our Bournemouth office, with flexible working options available to suit the right candidate. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and processing payruns
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees and managers
A strong understanding of UK employment law, as well as payroll software and systems, is essential for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
