About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Payroll Specialist to join our team at Vitality Corporate Services. As a key member of our Group Finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all policies, processes, and procedures relating to payroll and employment tax are reviewed and maintained regularly in line with legislative changes.

We are looking for someone with a sound knowledge of payroll legislation, including HMRC requirements with regards to tax, national insurance, apprenticeship levy, RTI, auto-enrolment, PAYE, and off payroll working. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar busy payroll environment for a large company.

The successful candidate will also have experience of identifying and implementing beneficial changes to payroll processes, as well as leading, training, and developing staff.

Our offer includes a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a bonus scheme, pension contributions, and award-winning health insurance.
