About the Role

Vitality Corporate Services is seeking a skilled Corporate Insurance Specialist to join our Sourcing Team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our corporate insurance program, ensuring that we have the right levels of cover in place to protect our organisation.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in our Bournemouth office and full-time remote work. You will work closely with our stakeholders to identify and evaluate potential risks to our assets, operations, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk assessment and analysis:
    • Identification and evaluation of potential risks to our organisation.
    • Addressing these risks by ensuring that the appropriate risk management strategy is adopted.
  • Policy selection and management:
    • Steer on the selection of the most appropriate insurance policies for our needs.
    • Maintain and manage the corporate insurance policy renewal cycle.
  • Compliance with insurance regulations:
    • Ensure that our corporate insurance program meets all legal and disclosure requirements.
  • Claims handling and processing:
    • Be the point of contact for all corporate insurance claims.

You will be a key stakeholder in our team, working closely with our insurance partners to ensure that we have the best possible coverage in place.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate insurance management, preferably in a General Insurance corporate coverage environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme, pension matching up to 6%, and award-winning health insurance.
