Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Business Manager to join our team at Vitality Corporate Services Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in corporate insurance management strategy and implementation, particularly in General Insurance corporate coverage. As an Insurance Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, contract, and supplier management for Group Insurance for the organisation.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have impressive experience of negotiations with suppliers to deliver value and mitigate contractual risk. They will also possess a broad understanding of contract drafting, service definition, performance and commercial structures. Additionally, they should have a proven record of effective category management, demonstrating the implementation of sourcing strategy, supplier rationalisation and supplier innovation. Our ideal candidate will be able to communicate, influence, and network with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
