Group Insurance Category Manager

About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled Sourcing Business Partner - Corporate Insurance to join our team. The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the sourcing, contract, and supplier management for Group Insurance.
Key responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating potential risks to the company's assets, operations, and personnel, and advising on best practice. The candidate will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders to define category focused sourcing strategies to meet sourcing and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess specific knowledge and experience in Corporate/Group Insurance management strategy and implementation primarily in General Insurance corporate coverage. They will have impressive experience of negotiations with suppliers to deliver value and mitigate contractual risk.
