About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Care and Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at the Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services to service users with complex mental health needs.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement recovery-focused interventions that address the clinical, environmental, and social needs of our service users. You will be responsible for supporting service users with their daily living activities, including personal care, fluids, and nutrition, as well as assisting with financial and accommodation issues.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Mental Health Act (1983) and Mental Capacity Act (2005) and be able to maintain accurate records of service user progress. A salary in the range of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum is available for this position.
