**Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Spinal Rehabilitation Health Care Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals recovering from spinal injuries, disease, or surgeries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients in their rehabilitation process, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence.
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Answering telephones, taking accurate messages, chaperoning patients, escorting patients, and running errands.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous clinical healthcare experience.
  • Grade 2 Maths and English or Level 2 Functional Skills.
  • Completed Care Certificate.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health or Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of caring for people with a Spinal Cord Injury (preferred).
