Clinical Service Lead in Neuro-Rehabilitation

Hobbs Rehabilitation is looking for a highly skilled and experienced clinical professional to lead our new neuro-rehabilitation service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, developing staff, and driving service improvement.
About the Job- Working closely with senior management, you will develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience.
- You will also be responsible for managing budgets, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as physiotherapy or occupational therapy
- Postgraduate qualifications in management or leadership would be advantageous
- Proven experience in clinical leadership roles, ideally in a similar setting
Salary: £62,500 per annum. Location: Laverstock Care Centre, Bishopdown, Salisbury SP1 3HP.
