Rehabilitation Team Lead

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Clinical Service Lead to join our team at Hobbs Rehabilitation, Laverstock Care Centre. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a qualified neuro-specialist therapist who can provide clinical and strategic leadership.
About the RoleThis role involves leading the multi-disciplinary team and working clinically within the service to develop treatment plans and oversee their implementation. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with colleagues and patients, and communicating effectively with senior management.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a passion for rehabilitation, and be able to contribute to the development of the service. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills through training, supervision, and networking across the company.
