About the Role

As a Personal Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and tailoring your approach to meet their individual requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. A calm and compassionate demeanor is essential, as you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes, and may encounter challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Supporting clients with medication management
  • Engaging in activities that promote social interaction and companionship
Requirements
