Job Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work as part of a team to provide care to local patients and families. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the quality of care, providing feedback to managers, and working collaboratively to ensure patient satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a relevant level 2 qualification, experience in a health or social care setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A sound understanding of fundamental care needs and up-to-date clinical practice is also essential.
