Key Responsibilities
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain long-term professional relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, medical experts, researchers, pharmacists, payers, and opinion leaders in key institutions.
- Deliver expert medical education to stakeholders in infusion centers and referring hospitals, enabling informed decision-making.
- The successful candidate is expected to dedicate approximately 80% of their time to fieldwork, including preparation, visits, data dissemination, scientific exchanges, and insights capture.
- Collaborate with health systems to identify external medical intelligence, data gaps, and key unmet needs to enhance patient access and outcomes.
- In partnership with clinical research teams, support the clinical trial process, including site recommendations and managing investigator relationships.
- Respond to requests for information from stakeholders by providing timely and compliant data regarding marketed and pipeline products.
- Identify and share external medical intelligence, data generation opportunities, and unmet needs to improve patient access and outcomes.
- Ensure proper identification and mapping of external stakeholders aligned with the medical strategy, creating personalized engagement strategies and plans that adapt to the evolving needs of stakeholders.
- Utilize digital channels for broader and more effective engagement, in addition to leading impactful scientific events and medical education initiatives.
- Apply foundational principles of impactful scientific engagement in stakeholder interactions, aligned with medical strategy and portfolio prioritization.
- Act as a strategic internal partner, leveraging medical intelligence to contribute to patient journey mapping, integrated evidence generation plans, and overall medical strategy.
- Utilize expertise in the assigned therapeutic area to serve as the medical, clinical, and scientific authority to field colleagues.
- Typical responsibilities may include mentoring and training colleagues, leading high-level projects, and representing the team at regional and global meetings.
- Manage personal and professional development effectively.
- Complete administrative tasks promptly, including compliance training and expense reporting.
