About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team at Odd Shoes, a leading provider of financial crime prevention solutions. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to our internal teams and software end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective IT support to internal teams and software end-users
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data
  • Manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations
  • Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Project Planner, and Azure DevOps to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
