IT Support Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team at Odd Shoes, a leading company in the fight against financial crime. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our internal teams and software end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle IT support tasks, including ticket requests and software end-user support
  • Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus, and data encryption
  • Manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors
  • Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Project Planner, and Azure DevOps

What We Offer:

  • Up to £40,000 salary and discretionary bonus
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays and budget for training and certifications
  • Hybrid work policy - 2-3 days per week at our Andover offices

Requirements:

  • Experience working on an IT helpdesk
  • Ability to drive and live within an hour of our office

Working Environment:

Our office is located in an idyllic mansion, set within beautiful grounds, boasting a gym with classes, a pool table, games machines, and large distraction-free offices. You will have the opportunity to work from our office 2-3 days a week, with the option to work from home on other days.
