Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team of 100 professionals based in Andover. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the fight against financial crime. You will be part of a dynamic team working on a range of projects to provide solutions to financial institutions, banks, regulators, cryptocurrency exchanges, and whole countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal teams and software end users
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data encryption
  • Manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Project Planner, and Azure DevOps
  • Work with the team to develop and implement solutions to prevent and detect financial crime

Requirements

  • Experience working on an IT helpdesk
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and good organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, with two or three days per week at the company's offices
