IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team at Odd Shoes, a leading company in the fight against financial crime. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our internal teams and software end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle IT support tasks, including ticket requests and software end-user support
- Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus, and data encryption
- Manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors
- Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Project Planner, and Azure DevOps
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role, with two or three days per week spent at our Andover offices. You must be able to drive and live within an hour of our office. As an IT Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to progress in the long term in software development, management, or project management, with the company paying for any necessary certifications or training.
