Job Summary

SF Executive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director - Commercial to join our team. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing function, you will be responsible for the product group's revenue stream, including overall P&L responsibility and achieving agreed revenue and margin targets.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads, pitching opportunities and/or services to both existing and prospective clients. You'll be responsible for the shaping of each project; from initial enquiry until the job is finished, including setting budgets, costing, and after sales service. You will provide technical and product knowledge when appraising initial opportunities and continue to offer technical support throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the commercial and initial technical scoping of projects
  • Have a strong commercial acumen and a strong blend of technical, and creative skills
  • Have experience of planning and facilitating the delivery of large scale events (space planning experience is key) - either client side or agency side would work in this role
  • Be highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Be passionate about client / customer experience
  • Have strong communication skills

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development and commercial project management. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
