About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of the Sales & Marketing function, you will be responsible for the product group's revenue stream, including overall P&L responsibility and achieving agreed revenue and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the commercial and initial technical scoping of projects
  • Utilize strong commercial acumen to identify and generate sales leads, pitching opportunities, and services to existing and prospective clients
  • Responsible for shaping each project from initial enquiry to completion, including setting budgets, costing, and after-sales service
  • Provide technical and product knowledge to appraise initial opportunities and offer technical support throughout the project

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen and a blend of technical and creative skills
  • Experience in planning and facilitating the delivery of large-scale events, with a focus on space planning
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passionate about client and customer experience
  • Strong communication skills
