Job Description

The Health & Safety Partnership Careers is seeking a highly skilled Building Fire Safety Specialist to join their team in Liverpool. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a broad range of clients across the built environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting and advising clients on building safety matters, developing building safety documentation, and working with clients in the residential sector to ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential building safety and a keen interest in pursuing a career in consulting.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and has a strong understanding of building safety management. If you are a housing association professional or similar working environment with experience in the sector, preferably as a building or fire safety manager, we would like to hear from you.

The successful candidate will hold or be working towards the CIOB Diploma in Building Safety Management qualification and/or NEBOSH General Certificate or further safety qualifications. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a connection to our office in Liverpool, providing a great work-life balance.
