**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Student Support Coordinator to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a Student Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with additional needs, developing and implementing strategies to promote student inclusion and well-being, and contributing to the development of a positive and respectful school culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise students with additional needs, providing individualized support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to promote student inclusion and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and respectful school culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion for all students.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Experience working with students with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • $35,000 - $50,000 per year (dependent on experience).
