About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Ethics Lead to join our team at Datatech Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data-driven solutions are developed and implemented with the highest ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data ethics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop data-driven solutions that prioritize data privacy, security, and transparency.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential data ethics issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on data ethics best practices and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a culture of data ethics.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in data ethics and recommend changes to our policies and procedures as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data ethics, data governance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to data ethics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data ethics issues and develop effective solutions.
